At Convention, Sara Douglass showed us some alternate projects with different kits, including the July 2014 My Paper Pumpkin "Wish Big" kit. I love the little notecards that she made (she cut the regular card in half to create 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" mini cards). And they fit perfectly inside one of the treat boxes!

She also shared some ideas for using the leftover pieces. I love how she turned to negatives from the die cuts (both the "WISH" and the stars) into stencils!
She used a Stampin' Spritzer with reinker and alcohol to spray through
the template and create a design, like the back of this envelope.

At Convention, both cards were on Whisper White cardstock, but I decided to cut my "stepped up" card and layer it on a Old Olive card base. The other ways this card is "stepped up" is the additional bitty butterfly, punched from vellum cardstock and attached with a Basics Hodge Podge Clip. I also added loops of Linen Thread under the Kindness banner. This look is very popular in paper-crafting this year. It's really easy to do.
