To celebrate this milestone, I'll be giving away some blog candy: one of my Whimsical Wings Card Kits, complete with Butterfly Accent & Dot, Dot, Dot stamps!! You can purchase this kit for yourself here. And if the randomly chosen blog candy winner has already purchased this card kit, I'll send an alternate gift instead!
Leave a comment on this post to be entered in the drawing for the card kit. I'll chose one random winner next Friday, February 12 after Noon (Central Time).
** I need your help! ** When I first started this blog, I put up the working title "Julie's Stamping Spot" with the intention of coming up with another name. And here we are, almost two years later and I still haven't decided on a new name. I would love to hear your ideas! When you comment for the blog candy, please include your suggestion(s) for a new blog name. (By the way, the address will remain the same: juliedavison.com or juliedavison.blogspot.com -- so don't worry, you'll still be able to find me here!)
And for more for my record more than anything else, here are the latest blog stats, as of today, 2-5-10:
- Days Blogging: 628
- # of Posts: 577
- # of Hits: 301,462
- Stamping Top 500 Rank: 73
Love your Whimsical Wings! A couple of names for your blog come to mind...Julie's Jewels or perhaps Julie's Jems (just playing with the spelling for a little alliteration).
ReplyDeleteHi Julie! I think this card kit is so cute! I really like your clean and simple style and have found a lot of projects on your blog that I would love to CASE. As far as the name, I actually like Julie's Stamping Spot, and I wouldn't change it :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Julie, love your blog. I like the play on words also. Jule's (or Julie's) Jewels or stamping jewels. Wish I had a thesaurus here to check out some other "J" descriptive words! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteHi Julie! Congrats on your popularity not that it is a surprise ;) I like Julie's Jewels too! Thanks for the chance to win your card kit-it's beautiful!

I actually like the blog name! It always sucks to try to come up with an alliteration with J. :( There just aren't that many J words (but lots of J names!). I also love the butterfly card kit - very pretty spring colors! If I win, I'll have to find time to make them! (Half my stamping stuff is packed away right now!) :(
ReplyDeleteHello! Wow, that kit would get any lucky gal in the mood for SPRING! Congratulations on your blog success, and happy stamping!

As for a name... I like what you have already. I did like 'Jewels by Julie'but wanted to add something "stampish" to tie it in, but couldn't think of anything sorry!
Can't wait to hear what you choose!
