Spot the Differences: Springtime Vintage Cards

I whipped up this project at the last minute for my Stamp Club this week. Not too bad for the last minute, don't you agree?

There's always room for improvement though! I changed a couple of things (some on purpose, some on accident) after the first draft. Can you spot the differences between these two cards? There are five of them! Post a comment with your answer. I'll pick one random winner Friday evening and that person will get a package of 5 hand-stamped cards and envelopes, including one of these! Come back tomorrow for two more variations on this Springtime Vintage project!

DSP is different. Embossing all around the edge on 2nd card. Placement of the greeting with ribbon and scalloped half circle moved from top to bottom, flower moved and greeting different.

The change I liked the most was embossing all the way around.

  2. You started by changing your DSP. Then you embossed it--LOVE THIS! Your sentiment changed. Your flower moved from left to right and finally your ribbon moved to the bottom of the sentiment.

I LOVE the DSP change. I really like how it looks-pretty card! :)

  3. Got 4 of the 5 right off the bat, took a bit on the change in DSP. Other 4 are, different greeting, rosette on opposite side, ribbon on opposite side & embedded emobossing on entire front(which I like better, BTW)

  4. Yay! I spotted them all - before I read the other comments. Ribbon moved from above to below the sentiment, rose moved from left-top to bottom-right, changed sentiment, changed DSP, and did the embedded embossing technique on the 2nd card. The embossing has to be the change I like best. I love a "puzzle" thanks for the fun AND the card!!! Very nice.

  5. 1. Embossed the card
    2. Designer paper changed
    3. Placement of ribbon
    4. Placement of flower
    5. Different sentiment.

I like the card with the embossing just a little bit better!
    Thanks for sharing both cards.

  6. Lovely card! You changed the DSP - stripe and no stripe, you added the Tulip Folder on BOTH sides of the CS and DSP, Moved the ribbon and rose treatments to bottom and changed the sentiment...whew, all that by memory!
