With another winter storm this week, it sure doesn't feel like Spring is around the corner! But I am ready! Bring on the sunshine and flowers! This card from Stampin' Up! certainly puts me in the mood! I love the way they used a Paper Doily in the background with this whimsical stamp set. They are not just for vintage cards!
