Congratulations Pop Up Dress Card

I made these cards for the top five sales achievers on my team a month or two ago. I love how FAST it can be to make these pop up cards! I have had other pop up dies in the past and there were overly complicated and just plain frustrating. The Pop N' Cuts dies are SO easy!
