Undefined Stamp Carving Kit from Stampin' Up!: Practice Stamps

I've been having fun with the new Undefined Stamp Carving Kit from Stampin' Up! Once I start carving, it's hard to stop! Here are some images that I created with stamps that I carved.

My 8 year old daughter got into too! She loves crafting and was so excited to make her own stamps! There are just the first two stamps in her fruit stamp set. I like to think of it as the healthy version of the breakfast food stamp set that Shannon West showed us at Convention. Missed her stamps? Check them out here.

I bought some "practice rubber" from an art supply store. The rubber I found is a lot softer than the piece that comes in the Stampin' Up! kit, which makes it easier to make a mistake! But it took the pressure off to be able to practice on these scraps before carving the nice rubber. The rubber that comes in the Undefined Kit is very firm (but still easy to carve) so it won't break or fall apart! As the saying goes: you get what you pay for! And this girl likes quality!!
There are two kits. The first one includes the carving tool, a marker, postcards, and templates. The refill kit includes more rubber, foam, and blocks. Check out this video from Stampin' Up! to learn more about the Undefined Stamp Carving Kit and visit my Online Store to Buy It Now.

Here are some more images, created by some of my downline in Michigan. I enjoyed visiting with them earlier this month when I was there with the kids.

Be sure to check back tomorrow! I carved a special stamp to use on one of the make and takes for our demonstrator meeting in Springfield!

In the meantime, check out Stampin' Up!'s Undefined board on Pinterest to find more samples of what people are carving with the Undefined Kit!

  1. Hi Julie!
I notice one of the stamps you created is a Boston Terrier. Do you have a Boston?

  2. No, I don't have a Boston Terrier. This was one of the sample images provided in the kit and my sister asked me to carve it. I should have stopped with the second one (stamped in the lower right corner), but I kept going and he lost his nose!
