Sneak Peak: Perfect Pennants

Last weekend, Mom and I pulled out all of her brand new stamp sets from the Occasions Catalog (which starts tomorrow!!!) and worked through the stack making at least one sample with each stamp set. Here's one card that I made with the Perfect Pennants stamp set. I had the idea for this card when I first saw the Ampersand Embossing Folder. They are a perfect pair!
