I love the way the flowers pop against the dark background paper from the Sale-a-bration Sweet Sorbet designer paper. For the greeting, I used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch to punch both ends of the tag on this card and then I slid the ribbon through the holes and secured it to the back of the designer paper.
