If all the other samples I have posted haven't inspired you to buy the Happy Watercolor stamp set yet, maybe Alison Stachera can do the job. I am excited to showcase her beautiful art today.
Alison: There are seriously TONS of possibilities for the Happy Watercolor stamp set in the Occasions catalog! It’s fresh and pretty, plus the background stamps are versatile for so many projects.
Inside of Card |
To make this card, first stamp the background splotches
three times, only inking the stamp once in Daffodil Delight. Inking the stamp
once gives the color variation and pretty shadings. Then, stamp the little dots
(I call them pollen particles!) with the Gold Encore pad for a little shimmer.
Next, place a strip of the Watercolor Wonder DSP along the bottom (this paper
is so delicious!). After the strip of accent paper is adhered, then stamp the poppy
in Stāz On. On a scrap of Whisper White, stamp the poppy again with Stāz On and
color it with Calypso Coral and a blender pen. Finally, fussy cut that little
poppy out and pop it up with dimensionals. Tie a little gold baker’s twine and
then stamp the sentiments. It’s not a quick card, but it’s not difficult.
Thanks for looking! Go out, get messy and create something!
