Pocket Sketch Challenge #4: Rose Garden Thinlit Birthday Card

The kids are back to school and it feels good to be back to our regular schedule! Here's a quick update on the new Sketch Book.
  • Thank you to everyone who ordered in December! If you ordered $40 or more, you are getting the Sketch Book for free! I am sending out the last couple books out today.
  • I received three "No Contact" orders in December. If you placed an order and haven't heard from me, please send me a note so I can get you your free Sketch Book! When you opt out of contact from your demonstrator, I don't even see your name attached to your order.
  • I will post the Pocket Full of Sketches Book #2 for sale on my blog starting next Friday, January 15th. The cost will be $9.95 plus $3 for First Class shipping in the United States.
  • I will continue with the weekly Sketch Challenges and giving away a free book each week.
Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the last Pocket Sketch Challenge! It was hard to pick one favorite, but I had to go with Diana's Lovely as a Tree card. Diana will receive the Pocket Full of Sketches #2 book for for free!

It's time for another chance to win! I have a new sketch and a new challenge for you this week. And once again, I had fun playing with new products and made a new card just so I could show off some brand new products from the Occasions Catalog.
Stampin' Up! Rose Garden Thinlit + Rose Wonder stamp set from 2016 Occasions Catalog #stampinup Created by Julie Davison www.juliedavison.com
Pin It!
I used die cut the flower and leaves with the Rose Garden Thinlit dies and used Fine Tip Gun to adhere them to scraps of lighter cardstock. Then I freehand cut around the die shape to remove the excess lighter cardstock.

Stampin' Up! Supplies: Rose Wonder stamp set, Calypso Coral ink & cardstock, Blushing Bride cardstock, Old Olive cardstock, Pear Pizzazz cardstock, Whisper White cardstock, Perfectly Artistic Designer Paper (SAB #141021), Rose Garden Thinlits, Fine Tip Glue Pen

Play along for your chance to win a free Pocket Full of Sketches #2 Book. Here's this week's layout:
