Sketch Challenge Reminder + Best Thoughts Card

There's just a couple days left to participate in my Pocket Sketch Challenge #6. So far, there's only one entry. How sad! I really like this layout and think I'm going to try it again with some Sale-a-bration products this afternoon. You have until Tuesday night, so there's still time to make a card and share it. I created this card with the Best Thoughts hostess set when I created the Sketch Book over the summer. This was probably my 6th attempt at watercoloring the flower. One thing I have found is that simple is better. I tend to over-think and over-do it and then it turns into a big mess. For this one, I just painted the color all over with the AquaPainter and then went back and added some more color in the middle and let it be. It's hard to see in the photo, but I also added a very faint shadow around the entire image to make it "pop".
