Stampin' Up! Party Wishes Pop Up Birthday Card

I am sending out the last few Party Wishes card kits for the January Stamp of the Month Club and realized that I never posted the third card. Check it out:

The best part is the pop-up inside! I used the Party Pop-Up Dies to die cut the Happy Birthday cake and colored the letters with markers. I also added some punched balloons from the Party Wishes stamp set. I pulled apart a piece of the Whisper White's Baker's Twine to create smaller strings for the teeny tiny balloons.
