Check out my alternative card projects below. I added some cardstock (Emerald Envy, Very Vanilla, Real Red, and Elegant Eggplant) and a few accessories, but I tried to re-purpose the pieces from the kit.
For this first card, I simply cut apart a small box and use the sides to create a border along the edge of the card.
For this Christmas card, I cut apart the large box and used a Sponge Dauber to color it with Emerald Envy ink. The ornaments are from the Brights Enamel Shapes.
This last card was actually the first that I made and my favorite. I used the 1" Circle Punch to punch from the large gem box. I stamped the image and sentiment with Versamark and used the new Copper Embossing Powder to coordinate with the copper accents on the box pieces.
