Clean & Simple: All Things Thanks Washi Tape Card

Last month, I did a workshop party for a new stamper. I tried to keep the projects relatively simple -- something that you don't need a lot of supplies to create. Here's what I came up with:
Stampin' Up! Catalog CASE: Clean & Simple: All Things Thanks Washi Tape Card #stampinup www.juliedavison.com
Pin It!
I found my inspiration in the Annual Catalog. I flagged many different pages. I especially like the "You Can Make It!" features because it gives several project ideas using the same set of materials. This card design was inspired by one of the projects on page 41. I changed up the colors, the washi tape, and the stamp set -- but used the exact same card layout. And I have to say, I love it even more than the original! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think! Do you copy ideas from the catalog, too?

  1. It's usually a card in the catalog that inspires my creativity....let those artists do the hardwork ;)

  2. Julie, I believe I like your card better too! I confess since the catalogs have gotten skinner through the years, I tend to go to Pinterest for most of my ideas.

  3. Nice card. I definitely like your card more than the catalog version. Pinterest is my go-to place for inspiration. The design is very simple and versatile.
