When I demonstrated the 2-4-6 box on ciLiving last August, I wanted to make a sample that was a little taller. This baby gift box uses a full sheet of 8-1/2" x 11" cardstock instead of a half sheet, but the scoring measurements are still the same. Watch my Creative Corner segment here.
Directions:
- Using the Scoring Blade on your Stampin' Trimmer, with the 8-1/2" side at the top of the trimmer, score the cardstock at 2”, 4”, 6”, and 8”.
- Turn the cardstock lengthwise and score once more at 2".
- Cut the score lines on the shorter end up to the 2" score line you made in step 1. These flaps will become the bottom of your container. (You can completely cut off the small flap on the end.)
- Put Tear & Tape adhesive on the side flap and 3 of the 4 bottom flaps and assemble the box.

Julie, I enjoy your blog and your ideas. Your TV spots are excellent, too. I'm amazed that they give you such a long segment. It's definitely enough to make people interested in what you're making. Great job!
