VIDEO: Balloon Celebration Double Z Fold Floating Balloon Card

Last week, Stampin' Up! updated the Clearance Rack with some favorite products from last year's Occasions and Holiday Catalogs. Among the items originally released int he Clearance Rack were the It's My Party Designer Paper and Enamel Dots. I intended to share this project last week, but things got a little crazy, so I didn't get a chance to take photos until this weekend. Now the designer paper and enamel dots are all sold out, but you could easily substitute the new Party Animal Designer Paper and Brights Enamel Dots to make this fun fold card! The balloons are stamped and punched with the Balloon Bouquet Punch. The "floating" balloons have a skinny piece of Window Sheets between the balloons, just like the hot air balloons in the video tutorial below.
