The theme of this month's blog hop is "Encouragement". Earlier this month, I recognized members of my team for their awesome personal sales, recruiting, and leadership during the last Stampin' Up! year. Each of my top performers got a certificate and the Tasteful Textures stamp set, so it would only appropriate that I use the same stamp set to create an encouraging card to send along with the stamp set.
Here's what I came up with. I had given my team a color challenge, so I used three of the four challenge colors on my card: Night of Navy, Smoky Slate, and Rococo Rose. The detailed dies that coordinate with this stamp set are amazing! I accented the flowers with the In Color Faceted Gems.
Late last week, I left the house for 20 minutes to go pick up my kids from school and while I was gone, my dogs got into a box on my floor and chewed up one of my cards! I'm not sure if it's a sign that they liked it or didn't like it! It's hard to stay mad at these cute faces for too long! Have your pets every destroyed one of your projects?

Bahahaha! Your post gave me a smile this morning Julie! I think your gorgeous puppies ate your card because they really really liked it! As they should. It is so pretty ... love the colours! xx
ReplyDeleteOur dog didn't eat my card but she chewed up 3 trees in our yard and pretty much re-landscaped it. There isn't much she did't try to chew up. All we could tell her was good thing we loved her - otherwise she would have been long gone.
ReplyDeleteOh no. . . Gracie and Bella destroyed your beautiful card! At least you can make another one. Congrats on making it to the top ten blog hop this month Julie!
