Here is another card that I designed for the Stamp of the Month Club card kit. I stuck with a monochromatic theme to showcase how the coordinating Seaside Seashells Dies and Seashells 3D Embossing Folder work together to add texture and depth to your project.
Before I sent out the card kits, I decided to make a change and add Frost White Shimmer Paint to the background piece to create a custom pearlized cardstock (a tip from demonstrator Linda Heller I saw on the Demonstrator Planning Place Facebook group!) Use the Blending Brush to spread the Frost White Shimmer paint on the cardstock. Allow to dry completely and then die cut and emboss. Leave a comment and let me know which way you prefer this card -- with or without the shimmer paint.
Watch the replay of this Thursday Night Stamp Therapy video to see this technique in action and see more card samples using the Sand & Sea Suite!
Even though it's not February anymore, you can still sign up to get this card kit -- and if you add on the coordinating dies, I'll let you choose a Sale-a-Bration stamp set from my stash of extras! Click here for details and order your kit.
There is no commitment when you join my Stamp of the Month Club! I'll add you to my club mailing list and you'll receive one email each month revealing the stamp set and card designs. You can choose when you want to participate by simply replying to that email.
Each month, I feature a different stamp set. Those who participate in February will get the Friends Are Like Seashells stamp set (or substitute a different set), pre-cut materials to make 6 cards (2 each of 3 designs), printed instructions with a color photo of each card, and Priority Mail shipping.
