Stampin' Up! Cute Halloween Scalloped Treat Box + VIDEO Tutorial

I love this cute little treat box! It's super easy to make and is perfect for any occasion -- whether it's Halloween, Christmas, a birthday party, or "just because". Many thanks to Ruth Norton for her inspiration and directions. I first found her project in the spring or early summer and finally got around to trying it with products from the Cute Halloween Suite from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog.
