The January-June 2022 Mini Catalog starts tomorrow, but before we say "hello" to new paper-crafting goodies, it's time to say "goodbye" to retiring favorites. TODAY, Monday, January 3, 2021 is the very last day to grab retiring favorites from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog before they are gone!
For today's projects, I used the retiring Cabin Dies. The coordinating English Peaceful Cabin stamp set has sold out, but you can get the French stamp set on sale if you love the main images and can substitute sentiments from other stamp set.
I love that these Cabin Dies are not just for Christmas! This first card was inspired by a card that Stampin' Up! Concept Artists created and displayed on the Maui Incentive Trip.
Did you know you can use the Silicone Craft Sheet to emboss with detailed dies!? Make sure to use THICK Basic White cardstock for the best results. From bottom to top, here is the "sandwich" to put through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine: Platform Base (1) [without Die Plate (2)], Cutting Plate (3), Silicone Craft Sheet, Cardstock, Die (cutting edge facing down against the paper), Cutting Plate (3).
