Candy Cane Lane Christmas Sampler Frame

I designed a sampler frame for Christmas (see it here), but I wasn't satisfied with the colors. I like to be symmetrical with the layer colors and I think that's what was bothering me about the other one. I kept some of the same elements, but switched to the Candy Cane Lane Designer Paper for my redesign. Leave me a comment and tell me which one you like best!

I am cutting cardstock and preparing for my class tonight. If you live in Central Illinois and want to join us, call me to reserve your seat!

It's hard to see the sparkle in this photo, but I used glimmer paper and Clear Wink of Stella to add sparkle to most of the squares.

  3. I really like the layout of both the samplers in that you have different sizes of squares and rectangles. I feel like this one goes together better and I absolutely love the three reindeer and the gingerbread person on the candy cane lane DSP!
