The first project is a simple notecard. (I used the Notecards & Envelopes, which are a little bigger than the notecards included in the kit.) I had the die cut window on my desk, so all I had to do was cut down the die cut pieces and layer them under the window. I added Wink of Stella to the white hills.
I purchased empty ornament shells from Oriental Trading for a Girl Scout project, but they weren't exactly as I was expecting, so I decided to dress one up with pieces from the Wonderful Winterland Paper Pumpkin kit. The kit includes small pieces of vellum cardstock, so I cut one down to fit inside the oval ornament. I layered the die cut pieces and added some Mica Flakes before I glued the ornament shut. The white and silver twine at the top is included in the kit!
Here's a sideview of the ornament so you can see the back...it's flat and not round like the front. Here's a link to the ornaments I purchased.
