It has been a crazy couple months with trying to sell our house and keeping up with travel for family events and all of the kids' sports. We're getting ready for another big trip -- the Stampin' Up! Thailand incentive trip and will be leaving in 10 days! I feel like I have so much to do before we go!
And in the middle of all this craziness, I am celebrating two big milestones with my business. Next week will mark 15 years that I have been a demonstrator! And a few weeks ago, I surpassed my $500,000 career sales milestone! WOW! That is a lot of stamps!!
My son asked me last week if I liked designing cards. And I hesitated to answer him. Yes, of course, I like designing cards! But it *is* work. And there are days when I would rather be playing games with the kids or relaxing by the pool instead of designing cards. It's a struggle, but I think I have a good balance going. The truth is that being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is a job. It's a fun job, but it's a job. I make income that supports my family and pays for many of our household bills. We are buying a new house, in part, because of the income I earn as a demonstrator.
When you support my business, you are supporting my family. You are making it possible for me to continue to work from home. To be here when they get sick, to feed them lunch all summer, to take them to the pool, to run them to all of their games and practices (with four kids...that's pretty much EVERY night!!), to snuggle on the couch, to volunteer in their classrooms, and to be an example of what hard work can accomplish.
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for being part of my Stampin' family. Whether you have been a team member, a customer, a blog fan, supporter, and/or friend -- I would not be where I am today without all of you!
In addition to my Customer Rewards program, one of the perks that my customers enjoy is a free project kit each month when they order $40 or more from my Online Store. This is my way of creating the fun experience of a monthly stamp club for all my stamping friends that live far away. I use the host rewards from the combined orders to order supplies for these kits and a free gift for each person who orders.
To celebrate my milestones this month, I am supersizing the free gift! I am including a mini In Color Sampler with June's project kit. Each person with receive a 6" x 6" pieces of the Fresh Florals Designer Paper, 1 yard of each In Color Finely Woven Ribbon, and 1 of each color Bitty Bow.
If you live in the United States and aren't already working with another demonstrator, I would be honored to be your demonstrator! Shop Now in my Online Store. I'll send a free copy of the new catalog with your project kit when you order $40 or more.
