Ornate Garden Suite: Spring Flowers Card

Whether you are a regular visitor or just hopping by, welcome to Julie's Stamping Spot! I'm so excited to be participating in the Top Ten International Highlights Winner’s Blog Hop April 2020 hosted by Kylie Bertucci! First, I want to thank you for taking the time to vote for my card in the gallery a couple of weeks ago. There were so many amazing projects and I am honored to have my card receive so many votes!

If you send a lot of thank you cards, you will love the new Ornate Thanks stamp set! I took the "you made my day" sentiment from this set and combined in with the gorgeous flowers from the new Ornate Style stamp set to make this card.

If you know me, you know that I don't love to color! But I've been spending more time in my stamp room during the stay-at-home order and I actually enjoyed coloring these flowers with my Stampin' Blends! I added a light Smoky Slate border around the flowers and filling in the spaces in between. I think it really makes the flowers pop. Compare the two below. The one on the left  has mostly no border and fill. Which do you prefer?

I cleaned up the list provided by Stampin' Up! to make it easier to read and to take out some things that made it confusing, including:
  • Combined Annual & Mini Catalog into One document
  • Removed All French Products
  • Removed All Bundles (Note: Most bundle pricing ends June 2)
  • Removed All Stampin' Blends (Note: They will continue to be available in pairs, but not individually)
  • Removed Dies that will continue to be available in the new Annual Catalog
  • Highlighted Sale Items
  • Marked Sold Out Items

I will continue to update the PDF as products sell out, but for the most up-to-date availability, check out the Online Store here.
