July 2021 Paper Pumpkin: 7 The Adventure Begins Alternative Projects + VIDEO

When I saw the sneak peak of the July 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit, I was worried that I was not going to like it! Boy was I wrong! This might be the first kit every where I felt like I could just make up all the cards as designed and be a happy camper (see what I did there? lol). 

The cards in this month's kit all have the same fun fold -- a peek through window in the front with a full color panel with a scene. They are almost too pretty to cut apart! ALMOST!

Even though Paper Pumpkin projects are professionally designed and ready to complete, I always love the challenge of using the kit pieces in different ways to create alternative projects. When creating my alternative projects, I try not to add much -- mostly just additional cardstock for card bases. Here's what I came up with the using the July 2021 Let the Adventure Begin Pumpkin Kit:

The Easel Card is super easy! The card base is 4-1/4" x 11", scored at 2-3/4" and 5-1/2". Score the cardstock frame at 5-1/2" too and trim around the trees so they can stick up when the card base is folded. Add an element inside the card on Stampin' Dimensionals so the bottom of the card front can be propped up.

I couldn't throw out these scraps, so I put them all on a card and added a greeting!
