I saw someone post about this technique after attending a Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar. It looked easy enough -- color with markers at the top of the paper and the use the spritzer to make the colors run. I tried...many times...but it seemed to be a struggle. For this card, I ended up cutting the top of the paper off, where I originally used the markers. They didn't bleed enough and it was still very streaky at the top. A Stampin' Up! staff member recently posted about this technique on the corporate blog. She offered a slight variation on the technique that I think makes it easier. I'll have to try it next time! In the meantime, you can read about it here.
