VIDEO: Stampin' Up! Wild Cats Tent Card Tutorial + 7 Bonus Ideas Featuring In the Wild DSP

First up is the Tent Card. I was inspired by a card that Carmen Miyoshi sent in for The Great, Big Card Swap!  Here's my version using the Wild Cats bundle.

The Tent Card is a fun diorama-style. An extra "W" piece of cardstock at the bottom holds this standard top-fold card open. An added panel on the back provides space to write a message.

Tent Card Measurements:

• 4-1/4" x 11" Evening Evergreen, scored at 5-1/2"
• 4" x 4-1/4" Evening Evergreen, scored at 1", 2", 3"
• 4" x 5-1/4" Designer Paper (inside)
• 3" x 4-1/2" Designer Paper (back)
• 2-1/2" x 3" White (back)
• Cardstock to Stamp & Die Cut

For the last card, I wanted to share an idea with the In the Wild Designer Paper that didn't include wild cats. I used the Fancy Tag Topper Punch to punch both ends of the Very Vanilla cardstock and tied ribbon through it. I used the Bough Punch to add some quick accents and after the video, I changed it to Crushed Curry instead of Soft Succulent. I love the pop of yellow!

Stampin' Creative Blog Hop: Stampin' Up! Handsomely Suited Masculine Birthday Card

Welcome to the Stampin’ Creative Global Blog Hop! Currently you are visiting Julie Davison from the middle of the United States (Central Illinois to be exact!). This month, my friends from around the world and I are sharing masculine cards.

I created this card mixing some old and some new! The Handsomely Suited stamp set and Suit & Tie Dies are one of the best deals on the Last Chance List at 50% off! I combined them with a new In Color - -Starry Sky and the 2022-2024 In Color Designer Paper Pack. (Available when the new catalog launches next week on May 3.)

In hindsight, I wish I had die cut the color from white, not Starry Sky...I didn't think that one through! But I love the contrast of the dark cardstock against the designer paper for the lapel. I used scissors to cut a notch out of the top of the card when I finished.
