I just can't get enough of these gorgeous Autumn colors in central Illinois! Here are some of the MANY photos I have taken on my walks in the neighborhood.
While it's not quite the same as the leaves in person, I've been having fun with the Caring Leaves stamp set to create fall cards in my stamp room.
Caring Leaves is a two step stamp set with an outline image and then a solid image to fill in with color. I used Sponge Daubers to create multi-color leaves on this first card.
Watch the video replay. I started out trying the Baby Wipe Technique, but the stamp image was not solid enough to create a vivid image. The results with the sponge daubers were much better.
Card Measurements:
- 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Old Olive Cardstock, scored at 2-1/8"
- 2-3/4" x 4" Cajun Craze Cardstock, embossed
- 3" x 4-1/4" Basic White Cardstock
- 3/4" x 2-1/2" Early Espresso Cardstock
- 1-3/4" Crushed Curry Circle

Beautiful card, Julie! We in Rochester, NY are experiencing stunning leaves, too.
