Yesterday's rain turned into snow. I'm ready for spring rainy days that don't freeze! The new Rain or Shine Suite is the perfect way to "play in the rain" while we're waiting for spring days. You're going to love the Rain or Shine Designer Paper -- with special UV coating to add shine! I die cut a circle from the designer paper to use as the focal point for this paneled card.
I used the white Pearlized Enamel Effects to point on the Balmy Blue cardstock to create a shimmer cardstock and then embossed it using the Raindrops Embossing Folder. I also used the Pearlized Enamel Effects to add add raindrop accents to the designer paper image.
This card layout was inspired by this Cottage Wreaths card that I made a few months ago. I also used the Pearlized Enamel Effects on this card to embellish the die cut wreath.
