As soon as I saw this card shared in a Stampin' Up! Succeed Weekly (the weekly email newsletter to demonstrators), I knew I had to CASE it! This stained glass technique is easy to duplicate and the results are stunning! Start by heat-embossing the large image with white embossing powder on vellum cardstock. Then, color with Stampin' Blends on the BACK side of the vellum. Layer the vellum on to a piece of Basic White cardstock and complete the card. Check out my video tutorial below to watch me make this card!
