12 Playing with Patterns Projects + Video Replay

These bright, cheerful patterns are great for making projects for many occasions.

Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit: Thinking of You Card

Wow! What a weekend! I drove up to Milwaukee for the Stampin' Up! On Stage conference. We had so much fun with the big Annual Catalog reveal -- watching stamping demonstrations, stamping with the new products, and learning how to incorporate all of it in our business. 2 CASEd Card Layouts: Finding Inspiration from the Catalog

Yesterday, I did a training video for my team explaining how I find inspiration in our catalogs and translate it to new projects. I like to take a notebook and sketch card layouts while looking through the catalog or on Pinterest. Then, I take the sketched layouts to my stamp room and use them to create new cards.

Stamp of the Month Club Reveal: Petal Palette Thank You Card

Sneak Peek: Sweet Soiree Sampler Frame

I am in love with the new Sweet Soiree designer paper! Each sheet has a foil design on one side, but also a pretty pattern on the "b" side. I think all of the foil designs in the past have always been single-sided and only a couple sheets in the package -- not EVERY sheet like this pack! Add the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit to your wish list too! You're going to love the die-cut and professionally colored images! I created this sampler frame to show off some of the pretty patterns in this paper pack.

The finished size is 8" x 8". I used Rich Razzleberry for my base. The designer paper is cut to 2" x 2" and they are all layered on 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" Whisper White cardstock. The sentiment is from the current Garden in Bloom stamp set from the Annual Catalog. It says: "Friends are kind to each other's hopes & cherish each other's dreams." What perfect words!
