3 Cards, 1 Layout: Stampin' Up! Painted Christmas, Storybook Gnomes, and SNEAK PEEK By the Bay

One of my favorite events is my monthly Stamp & Share Zoom event with my team. We alternate Tuesdays and Wednesdays to try to accomodate as many people as possible. We start by sharing projects that we've made and then we stamp together and do a "Mystery Stamping" project where we each prepare different supplies at home and then create a card based on written instructions. I love seeing how each card turns out and enjoy the photos we share in our exclusive team Facebook group.

VIDEO: Pop-Up Gift Bag Card Tutorial + Small Gift Bag Template + 4 "From the North Pole" Paper Pumpkin Alternative Projects

Merry Christmas!! Today I am sharing some alternative projects that I made with the November 2022 From the North Pole Paper Pumpkin Kit. I love Paper Pumpkin kits because it's perfect for busy crafters like me. Pull it out when you need a quick project and don't have time to design it yourself! 

The From the North Pole Paper Pumpkin Kit included materials to make 12 gift tags. I was so happy I had this kit when I needed some last minute gift tags for a small gift I was giving to friends on a recent lunch date.

But you know me! I love the challenge of using the pieces in the Paper Pumpkin kit to create alternative projects. So of course, I had to make a few projects of my own! I combined the tag kit with the Santa Express Designer Paper to a create a few bonus ideas for you!

Did you get the Paper Pumpkin Add-On (North Pole Sacks)? I used these flat gift bags to create this simple gift card holder by folding the bag in half to create a second pocket. Use designer paper wrapped around the bag to hold the folded bag together.

Here's another alternative card that can hold a gift card! I was inspired by a card that I received from Carmen Melendez that had a pop up gift bag inside. I have seen many Stampin' Up! demonstrators share similar projects in the last year, but I traced it all back to May May Makes It and used her instructions for my project.

Here is the template for the pop-up gift bag. It's so much easier than it looks!! After making it, I think I would shortened the length of the sides just a little...maybe a half inch. I'll think I'll try this card again for a birthday!
