I turned to a favorite layout for this Adorable Owls card! It's a great way to show off coordinating designer paper patterns! Each strip is 1-1/2" x 5", with the center strip being cut off at the top.

The Deckled Rectangle Dies are the perfect texture for this watercolor card featuring the In the Country and Sending Support Sale-a-Bration stamp sets. These are both exclusive stamp sets that will no longer be available after Sale-a-Bration.

Stampin' Up! Adorable Owls | Sunday Stamp Along Video Replay

Do you tune in for Sunday Stamping with Susan & Julie? It's a weekly video series where Mom and I feature the same Stampin' Up! products to create projects to share you with! Every other month, we do a "Stamp Along" video in which we invite you to prepare you own supplies at home and stamp with us to create two cards.

In this week's Sunday Stamp Along video, Mom and I both featured the Stampin' Up! Adorable Owls stamp set -- a set that you can get for FREE for a few more days until Sale-a-Bration ends. See Adorable Owls Projects. I paired this Sale-a-Bration favorite with the Enjoy the Journey Designer Paper. (This is an newer gift option added at the beginning of February that you can also purchase from the Jan-Apr 2023 Mini Catalog.) I love the versatile, bright patterns!  Here are the cards that I designed with my Stamp Along card layout:

I tried different designer paper patterns and two different orientations. Leave a comment and let me know which ones you prefer!

Card Measurements:

• 5 ½” x 8 ½” Card Base, scored at 4 ¼”
• 3 x 4 Designer Paper
• 1 x 5 Accent Strip (light color CS or designer paper)
• 2 ¼” x 3 ¾” White for focal image
• 4" x 5 ¼” Basic White (inside)

I used the same stamp set and designer paper to create Mom's card during the video. Here's my version:

Card Measurements:

• 5 ½” x 8 ½” Card Base, scored at 4 ¼”
• 5 ½” x 3" Designer Paper
• 4 ¼” x 1 ½” Coordinating Cardstock (emboss if desired)
• 2 ½” x 1" Coordinating Cardstock (greeting)
• 2 ¾” Circle (or other shape for design element)
• 3" Scallop Circle (as mat piece)
• 4" x 5 ¼” Basic White (inside)

Sale-a-Bration Favorites: Stampin' Up! Sending Support with Favored Flowers Card

There are just a few days left of Sale-a-Bration -- a few days left to get your favorite exclusive gifts that won't be available after February 28. Today's card features two Sale-a-Bration favorites: the Favored Flowers Designer Paper and Sending Support stamp set.

I stamped the sentiment and punched it out with the Label Me Fancy punch. I used a Petal Pink Stampin' Blend to highlight the word "courage". The sentiment says: "Courage is being really scared and doing it anyway." Who would you send this card to? Who needs a little note of encouragement and support?

Sale-a-Bration Favorite: 8 Stampin' Up! Thanks a Bunch Card Ideas + Sunday Stamping Video

I'll admit: when I first saw the Thanks a bunch stamp set in the Sale-a-Bration 2023 Brochure, I wasn't a fan. While I do like carrots, it's just not my first choice of imagery for creating cards. I definitely warmed up to it as I created cards to share for our weekly Sunday Stamping with Susan & Julie series. I really love the two-step stamps that make it easy to create dynamic multi-colored images. Here are the cards that I made:

I was inspired by this card from the Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration brochure. I copied the layout, but made a few changes. Here is the original card:

Since I wasn't a big fan of the carrots, I tried to think of a way to use this set without them. It's clean and simple, but I love the way this card turned out using just the leaf! I stamped in Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, and Granny Apple Green.
