Stampin' Up! Rainbow of Happiness Pop Up Diorama Card + VIDEO Tutorial

My style is clean and simple and I always strive to simplify projects that seem complicated and make them easy for you to make at home. Today's card represents both of those things perfectly! 

 Special shoutout to Ros Mounsey who inspired this card when she sent two versions of this pop up diorama card for the Great, Big Card Swap last month! As soon as I saw this fun fold, I thought about creating a card with the Rainbow of Happiness Bundle! I featured this bundle for my monthly online card class and now that I've held the class, I can share photos of my version of this fun pop-up card!

The front of this card is clean and simple. I layered different pieces from the Sunshine & Rainbow Designer Paper. This paper pack was a free gift option during Sale-a-Bration (Jan-Feb 2022). It coordinates so beautifully with the Rainbow of Happiness bundle so I used different patterns on all five of my Rainbow of Happiness card designs.

I love that this card folds flat so you can mail it in a regular envelope!

VIDEO: Stampin' Up! Friends are Like Seashells Hidden Message Slider Card Tutorial

Earlier this spring, I designed this Hidden Message Slider Card for my Stamp of the Month card kit and I just realized that I never shared it here on my blog! The Friends Are Like Seashells stamp set and coordinating dies and embossing folder are still available, so whether you make it up exactly I have or change up the images and customize the card to fit your special occasion, I hope you enjoy this "Project Playback"!

Here are the measurements and instructions to make the Hidden Message Slider Card. Watch the video below to follow along and make it with me!

Measurements:

• 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Seaside Spray
• 3-3/4" x 4-3/4" Sahara Sand
• 2-1/2" x 4" Whisper White
• Die Cut Seashells

Directions:

• 
  Score Seaside Spray at 4" and 8". Cut two slits from 3/4" down to 4-3/4" at 3/4" in from each score line in the center panel.
• Stamp seashells in Seaside Spray around the edges of the card front.
• Punch a half circle notch from the bottom center of the card base using the 1-1/2" Circle Punch. 
• Stamp the Whisper White cardstock and adhere it to the card base between the slits.
• Cut the Sahara Sand cardstock at 2" almost all the way through. (Do NOT cut it all the way off). 
• From the back of the card base, feed the smaller section of the Sahara Sand cardstock through the slits on the card front and back through. Use Tear & Tape to reconnect the cut cardstock.
• Apply Tear & Tape to the 1/2" flap of the card base and close the card base sleeve.
• Pull the slider down and stamp the sand and inside sentiment.
• Decorate the top of the slider with die cut seashells.
