The cone is the Scallop Square die (#115950. $21.95), which we texturized (is that a word?) with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder (#119976, $7.95). Turn it to make a diamond and then fold the sides over five scallops down from the top on either side.
The ice cream is three scallop circles (the new punch, the "Mama Scallop", which is 2-3/8"). Adhere the first two down next to each other and then use Stampin' Dimensionals on the third on in the middle. The sides of the cone tucks under that middle scoop, keeping the card closed.Inside, I stamped a greeting from Birthday Bliss.
