VIDEO Tutorial: Dazzling Watercolor Technique

I'm putting the final touches on the Stamp of the Month Club packages and hoping to get them mailed this afternoon. Here's the second of the three cards in the October series with the Watercolor Winter stamp set from the Holiday Catalog.

Julie, this is a great technique! I've been asked to create some cards for a friend using the Fine Feathers stamp set. This technique will look great with the peacock feather!
