Remember that snowflake card I posted at Christmas? I finally got a chance to make a video showing you on to do the technique. It's called Masked Spritzing. I learned how to do this at the Stampin' Up! Regional Seminar in Lansing in November. I don't even remember what shapes or images they used on the sample card, I just wrote down the technique. I filled my notebook with tips and techniques that day. It amazes me after 10 years of attending Stampin' Up! events that I continue to learn so much every time I go! I can't wait to see what they have in store for us at Leadership Conference later this week!
This card was the last in my series for the December Stamp for the Month Club featuring the You Are Loved stamp set. Click here to learn more about my online club.
Here's a close-up of the detail on the side. I stamped the flowers with the Illuminate Glimmer Watermark Ink Pad. Make sure to pick up the refill because you'll want to keep it juicy!
Here's the video on the Masked Spritzing technique. I hope you'll try it at home! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think and what shapes you use!
