Just Sayin' Love Ya Card

One of my favorite things about a new Stampin' Up! catalog is all of the new ideas! Here's the fourth and final card in my Stamp of the Month Club series for May. I was inspired by a sample in the new catalog page 109. I took some of the elements (like the designer vellum secured with washi tape) and used other colors and a different arrangement of hearts and word bubbles to make it my own.
