Cool Treats You're Sweet Card

It's easy to forget about the Stitched Shape Framelits since they don't appear in any of the current catalogs, but this early release from the NEW Annual Catalog coming in June is versatile and great for all occasions. These framelit dies includes four sizes each of squares, circles, and ovals. If you have a Big Shot, I think these dies are a must-have!

Today's card is a CASE of a card I designed in January. I changed up the stamped images to better balance out the card kit I designed for my Stamp of the Month Club with the Cool Treats stamp set. It's not too late to sign up and get the March kit! Learn More.

I cut the bottom 1" off the card front and added a piece of 1-1/4" x 5-1/2" Designer Paper on the inside of the card so that it would have a little bit of a different opening.

Stamp of the Month Club: Cool Treats Gate Fold Card

It may be barely spring, but you'll be ready for the summer heat with this Cool Treats card! This is the first of three designs in my March Stamp of the Month Club card kit. I used a little bit of the coordinating Tasty Treats Designer Paper -- a new Sale-a-Bration gift option! I love creating cards with fun folds! This gate fold card is super easy! Start with a piece of cardstock that is 4-1/4" x  11" and score at 2-3/4" and 8-1/4". The top white cardstock piece is 3-1/2" x 4-3-4" layered on to a piece of Watermelon Wonder cardstock that is 3-3/4" x 5". I'll be sharing another gate fold card and a video tutorial next week!

Falling in Love with the Occasions Catalog
