Cross-Stitched Christmas Ornament Card

Have you tried the Stamparatus yet? The Stamparatus is the new stamp-positioning tool from Stampin' Up!. It will change the way you stamp -- allowing you to stamp more precisely and consistently every time! (Learn More)

Stamp sets like the new Cross-Stitched Christmas from the Holiday Catalog were designed specifically with the Stamparatus in mind. I wouldn't want to try this stamp set without it! Here's a card I made last month as I was designing for my Christmas Card Class. Ultimately, I chose a different design for the class. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think. Is this a stamp set you would buy? Do you like this non-traditional color combination for Christmas?

This kind of stamp is too technical for my eyes even with the stamparatus. I tried the quilt stamp set and just couldn't make it work and I will stay away from this one too.

Hi Julie,

While I like the layout, I think of blue and gold as Hanukkah's colors, not Christmas. Therefore I would change up the colors of the ornament.

I LOVE the stamparatus and always use it now. This way, if a stamped image isn't solid the first time I press, I can reink and know it will match up perfectly :)

The stamp set is not on my wish list. But I do like the color combination.
