The first thing that I did when I sorted the Last Chance List was to remove all of the French stamp sets because almost everyone who stamps with me does not speak French and it can be confusing to have them on the list. But when I was browsing the Online Store this week, I came across some Retiring French stamp sets that are heavily discounted.
