3 Stampin' Up! Cottage Wreaths Cards + World Cardmaking Day Event Info

Mom and I featured the Gingham Cottage Suite in a recent episode of Sunday Stamping with Susan & Julie and I ended up making three versions of my card! I used spring colors Mint Macaron and Blushing Bride to create a simple stamping version, a die cut stamped image version, and a detailed die cut version. VIDEO: Stampin' Up! Paradise Palms Free Standing Pop Up Card Tutorial + Bonus Card Ideas

What's old is new again! I love revisiting old tutorials and re-creating favorite fun folds with new stamp sets. Earlier this summer, I used the Paradise Palms stamp and and coordinating Palms Dies to make a Free Standing Pop Up Card. Have you tried this fun fold yet?

Push down on the card base to form the 3D base that allows this card to stand on its own for display. A panel on the back of the stand-up piece has room to write a message.

I love that this fun fold card folds flat to fit inside a regular envelope!

Stampin' Up! Metallic & Shimmer Screen Card Video Tutorial

A special birthday calls for a special card! My sister-in-law Cathy celebrated her 50th birthday this summer and I used the new Metallic & Shimmer Designer Paper to create this Screen Fold Card -- inspired by a swap from Kathy Miller.

This dynamic designer paper with black, white, and silver is perfect for weddings, New Year's, or an "Over the Hill" birthday! I added some die cut numbers, a greeting, and silver-embossed balloons to finish this card that stands on it's own!
