Stamp of the Month Club series featuring the Regarding Dahlia stamp set. I used the flower stamp in the background of the card. (Click

I used the 1-1/4" Scallop Circle Punch and the
Creped Filter Paper to create the flower embellishment. Check out this video to learn how to make the flower. With the
Creped Filter Paper, skip the water spritz and just scrunch each layer to fluff the flower out.
