Easel cards are so fun because your family and friends can easily display your stamped art after they receive your card. The Diagonal Easel Card is a fun twist on the traditional easel card, but still just as easy to make! Watch my video tutorial below for more samples!

Measurements:

• 4-1/4" x 8-1/2" Card Base, score at 4-1/4" and diagonally from bottom fold to top outer corner
• 4" x 4" Designer Paper, cut diagonally
• 3/4" x 4-1/4" Designer Paper
• 1/4" x 4-1/4" Foil/Accent piece
• Punched & Die Cut pieces

VIDEO: Love of Leaves Half Sheet Treat Box Tutorial

If you need a quick gift box, this one couldn't be any easier! All you need is just a half sheet of cardstock, a Paper Trimmer with a scoring blade, and some Tear & Tape! I've shared this treat box before, but this time, I added a fun window in the front that gives you a peek at what's inside!

Here is the template for the box:

Instructions for Half Sheet Treat Box:

• Start with a piece of cardstock that measures 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". 
• Score at 1-1/2", 4", 5-1/2", and 8". 
• Turn 90 degrees and score at 1-1/2". 
• Cut on the score lines up to the 1-1/2" score line. Completely remove the tab at the end.
• Fold on all the score lines. Use Tear & Tape to adhere the box together.

Life is Beautiful Winter Thinking of You Card

One of my favorite stamp sets in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog is Life is Beautiful. I love that it includes stamps to create beautiful cards for every season. This card, inspired by a swap I received from Lee Ann Greff, captures the crisp coolness of the coming winter months.

My color choice was inspired by the Global Design Project Color Challenge: Coastal Cabana, Smoky Slate, "Free Choice". I added Highland Heather for my third color. Click here to see what the design team created with these colors and add your own before the weekly challenge is over!
