The Playful Penguins is perfect for sending wintery greetings to your friends! I made this pop-up card when I was designing cards for my Stamp of the Month Club Card Kit. (See the kit cards.)
I love doing "clean and simple" cards and then having a fun surprise inside! This is definitely one of those cards! I have the three penguins in small rectangles -- almost like pictures on a wall -- with the sentiment "you're so cool". And then the inside element pops out when you open the card.
This is a very simple pop up mechanic. I used a piece of cardstock that is 1" x 4" and scored at 1", 2", and 3". Attach the ends just inside the score lines using a strong adhesive like Tear & Tape. That's it! Easy peasy! The pop up will fold flap when you close the card.
