One of my top picks is the Snowflake Splendor Designer Paper. This paper is so gorgeous for winter cards with the watercolor images and backgrounds.

This is a Double Z Fold Card. I love the opportunity to show off both the designer paper and the coordinating embossing folder. The sentiment says "Our friendship is one of a kind". I love this sentiment! It's the perfect opportunity to send a friend some happy mail to say "thank you" for being such a great friend!

Stampin' Up! Beautiful Autumn Tuck Fold Card

I was inspired to make this fun fold card by a swap card I received from Gwen Duckworth. I used the template as a Mystery Stamping card with my team and then shared the recording on my Facebook page.

Here are the measurements I used to make this card:

• 5-1/2" x 6-1/2" Card Base
• 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" Cardstock Same Color as Card Base
• 2" x 5-1/4" DSP or Embossed CS (will be vertical)
• 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" DSP or Embossed CS (will be vertical)
• 4" x 5-1/4" Whisper White or Very Vanilla (for inside)
• Large Label at least 2-1/2" or 3” wide
• Stamped Images/Die Cut/Punched Shapes to accent label

Peaceful Poppies Healing Hugs Card

 The theme of this month's blog hop is "Encouragement". I had several friends in need of encouraging cards this month -- included a couple who were in the hospital! This card layout was quick and easy and I made up several to send to my friends.

Note: The products used on my card will be released in the Spring Mini Catalog on January 3, 2020.

Check out this gorgeous Peaceful Poppies designer paper! You can substitute and used ANY paper with this easy layout! The designer paper is 3" x 5-1/2".  Add a simple 1" x 4" banner across the center and then stamp the sentiment and punch it out. How amazing is this new label punch!?! I love the shape and will use it so much this year! I added a little bling with some Peaceful Poppies Sequins.

Check out these fun fold cards I made with Everything is Rosy! Each card uses the same basic fold in three different sizes. The first card is 8" x 8".

 

The next card is a standard size card and uses a mini version of this fold on the inside of the card. This piece is 4" x 4".

For the last card, I just look a piece of the 6" x 6" Everything is Rosy Designer Paper and folded it into a mini fun fold card. I used a piece of Rose Gold Foil paper to create belly band to hold the card closed.

Directions: Start with a square piece of cardstock or designer paper, score in half. Turn and score in a half again. Finally, score across one diagonal from corner to corner. Fold the diagonal fold away from you. Open back up. Fold on each of the straight lines toward you to prime the cardstock for this "exploding" fold.

VIDEO: Floating Pop-Up Card Tutorial

I have another fun fold card to share with you today! I was inspired by a card that I saw on Pinterest and concept just kind of stuck in my head for a couple months before I finally tried made one myself. Now I've made several versions and I just can't stop myself because they are so fun! Be sure to watch my video below to see my other samples!

The inside has four squares (1-1/4" x 1-1/4" designer paper layered on 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" Night of Navy cardstock) that are attached to a 1" x 8-1/2" strip. I like to use the same color as the card base so that the squares look like they are "floating".

How fun are all these little flowers! I love the Bitty Blooms Punch Pack from the Occasions Catalog and I am so sad that it will not carry over to the new Annual Catalog! Be sure to get it soon because it's only available while supplies last! There are three different shaped flower punches and the fourth punch includes the flower center and a leaf in one punch. I use colors that coordinated with the designer paper to make the flowers for the front and inside of my card.
