Customer Appreciation Party: Relay Race

Whew! I'm pooped! I'm not sure what I was thinking when I planned my annual Customer Appreciation Party for 3 days before I leave for Convention, but I did! We had lots of fun and unfortunately, I didn't take more than a couple pictures.

It was an action packed 2 hours. I had all my "Rubber Rummage Sale" items out for guests to browse. (Don't worry! There's plenty left and I will post it online...but probably not until August!)

I also had a cute make and take project for everyone to work out. Tune in tomorrow and I will share photos and details about that!

And my favorite part...the project auction! I forgot to take a picture, of course! I laid out 20 "lots" of projects, including projects like Magnetic Memo boards, fabric flower pins, Simply Adorned necklace, card sets, and Christmas ornaments. Guests received tickets in their invitation and more at the event and could put the tickets in the box near the lots they wanted to win. (The "auction" was completely free.) At the end of the event, I drew a winner for each auction lot from the corresponding box. It was a great way for me to purge old projects and my guests got to take home one-of-a-kind treasures!

We played a couple of games too! I had packs of card fronts (old swaps) to give out. Originally, they were going to pass them left and right during the game, but since I forgot the Left-Right story to read at home, I just let everyone choose from the bag.

And finally, we did a Relay Race. The teams of 3 stampers each did one step of the card and passed it on to the next person. We went down and back the line. Here are the cards they made:
