Envelope Punch Board: Santa Suit Gift Card Holder

Here is one of the extra projects I shared on ciLiving yesterday. This is the smallest size envelope that the Envelope Punch Board will make and I added a simple belly band to make it look like Santa's suit! This is a festive way to package a gift card!

On Its Way Birthday Card

While I love the craft of stamping and coming up with my own original designs, sometimes it's nice to pull out a kit and make something with pieces that are already cut and ready and I don't have to think about it! I used the "On Its Way" Simply Sent Kit to make up this birthday card. I only added small pieces of Whisper White and Tangerine Tango cardstock.

VIDEO: Flap Fold Card Tutorial

I love the way this card turned out. It was one of those cards that I had to take a picture of and share with someone immediately! I love it when a card turns out even better than I envisioned in my head!

I designed this card for my November Stamp of the Month Club featuring the Snow Day stamp set. This was a popular fold technique last winter, but it wasn't until I got one as a swap at Founder's Circle from Candy Michael that I was inspired to make one myself. It's not hard at all. Check out my video tutorial to see how easy this uniquely folded card can be!

 

  Here is an alternate color scheme: Midnight Muse, Gumball Green, and Tangerine Tango. Leave me a comment and let me know which color scheme you like better!
