Around the World Blog Hop: Spring Flowers

Welcome to the Around the World Stampin' Up! Blog Hop! Our theme this month is flowers. Here in the United States, it's finally starting to feel like spring and I spied some flowers starting to come up in my front flower bed. I'm excited to see them and I know you'll be excited to see the beautiful floral projects we have created for you. You may have come over from Alisa Tilsner's blog. If not, be sure to visit all of them until you come back through Alisa's to mine again. The list is at the end of this post.

Both of my projects this month use the Birthday Bouquet Designer Paper from the 2016 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog. This paper is so pretty and can be used for many occasions. My first project is a plastic frame I purchased at a local craft store. The frame has an easel, so you can set it on the table or a desk. It would make a lovely gift. The rectangles are at slightly different heights, so it has a collage kind of feel to it.

I featured most of the patterns from the Birthday Bouquet Designer Paper and included some stamped images from the coordinating Birthday Blooms stamp set too.

I used the same Designer Paper to create thank you cards for my customers who ordered in February. I used the 2-1/2" Circle Punch to punch out the flower design from the paper. I really love this Metallics Glitter Tape! It was a free gift during Sale-a-bration, but you could easily substitute the Gold Glitter Paper instead. I couldn't decide which way to put the banner. Which one do you like best?

Beautiful Julie, I love that frame, not seen anything like that before. And the card is gorgeous too.

Fantastic projects. I particularly love the frame - and it shows off the DSP really well
