The first card was create by my sister Aimee La Croix-Slocum. I LOVE the way that she die cut the flower with vellum. Aimee used a now- retired adhesive sheet to adhere the the vellum to the Pear Pizzaz cardstock. The small dots are from the adhesive sheet, but I love the texture it adds to the card. The layering of the ribbon, twine, and leaves is just perfection! Aimee said that she used a die from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit set to cut out the "happy birthday" sentiment. I honestly never even noticed that die! I love how it looks like it's torn.
The second two projects were created by Stampin' Up! Concept Artists. I found them tucked away on my business website gallery and thought they deserved a little more attention. I love the layered cardstock on the flower treat bag. TIP: To create the layered flower, Die cut and stamp two flowers. Trim one to be smaller and use Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up over the full bloom.
I like the layered elements on this last card too. The two different tree stamps create a nice background for the die cut tree. TIP: Use an AquaPainter and Pool Party or Soft Sky ink to watercolor the background first. Allow it to dry completely before stamping the trees.

I love these beautiful cards. Thanks for giving us the tips on how they were created. I love the vellum flower as a background on the birthday card. I'm slowly being convinced this is a set I really "need" in my stash. Thanks for the nudge.
Your sister's card is gorgeous! I love that vellum and the little dots add depth to it! Thanks for sharing and keep the ideas coming! This set is so versatile!
